Red-Breasted Plover, or New Zealand Dotterel (Charadrius obscurus)

This Red-Breasted Plover, or New Zealand Dotterel is one of the six breeding pairs left on the Coromandel peninsulsar of New Zealand's North Island in 2007. They are now recovering.
