A great frontal closeup of this Great Spotted Woodpecker. Unlike in many other pictures, here we can see almost all of the belly and undertail coverts plus a nice head turn. Good job showing the pointed tail feathers, too: I rarely pay attention to them in the field. I also like the watermark in the bottom left corner: effective, simple and with a positive message.
