Shanghai, China, two weeks ago : Long-tailed Shrike? (2 Viewers)

It's not that I think this is a difficult or contentious ID, but I don't/didn't have a field guide (wasn't a birding trip), so I'm shooting in the semi-dark.

I think it's a Long-tailed Shrike, but I know they are highly variable.

Habitat was a hotel garden amid a business park and residential tower blocks.
