Raven or red tailed hawk bird box dimensions (2 Viewers)

Hello, I would like to build a bird box for a raven or a red tailed hawk, both species live around my property.
I have a pole that will sit about 15' above ground level and want to place a nesting box on top of it.
Does anyone know the adequate dimensions for the nesting box?
