Binocular Evolution I: Field of View
The Komz 6x24 here has uncoated eyelens rear surfaces. That is next to the eye. I am not sure if there is one other uncoated surface. Komz 6x24 Bin 2 1977. In very dull completely cloudy conditions the view through the 6x24 is rather dull. There is very slight barrel distortion near the edge. The Komz 6x24 has I think a good sharp area, but it is night now, so I'll have to try again in daylight. It has from memory special eyepieces unique to the 6x24 and maybe the 4x16. B.- Binastro
