    Hi I often reduce the lowest 4-600 hz in Audacity with 6 or 12db to reduce annoying hums and rumble in the lower part, Audacity has a smooth transition from 0 to 500hz makeing it quite ok in my ears. For water, wind I use the Noice reduction filter with maximum 5db Stein
