    The only fairly reliable site I have is Patara (not the marshes outside the entrance) but the marshes between the ruins and the lighthouse.

    Cretzschmars were surprisingly abundant pretty much wherever I ventured earlier in the spring Well done with the RF Falcon Cracking bird

    Fabulous report Yearning to fly back to the village of Uzumlu My local species list is not quite as prolific as yours Paul due to no waders, but I miss the regulars that I watch from the balcony. One more year until I can sit there months on end 😎

    Sad story Paul It’s no better here in the uk I used to get upto a 100 Redpoll here in Cheshire winters. From my bedroom window I reckon that my neighbours and gardens upto 200 metres away have cut down 50-80 mature trees during the last 5 years, haven’t seen a Redpoll in the garden since
