    Only had the afternoon, so whizzed to Pendennis Point. Nothing! Inauspicious start. Castle Beach no Black Redstart, just a few Rock Pipits. Swanpool, had great close-up views of the Ring-billed Gull, at the very far end of the pool away from the beach. LTD hiding from all the work going on...

They seem to be able to get on ok with it, I've seen them with only one foot, and occasionally trap one when I'm mist netting. They can't be ringed but out of interest we...
