    Scaup Type , Letham Fife

Also the back, it lacks the vermiculations that scaups have. Agreed some sort of Aythya hybrid.

Various Raptors - South Essex UK - 12th May

I agree with you, seems fine for a female marsh harrier. If it was a honey buzzard, personally don't see anything in the pic that would favour that ID.

    Phylloscopus Warbler - Blyth's Leaf?

In my opinions, seems better for a western crowned warbler. Seems exceptionally pale undersided and blyth's tend to have a more greenish tinged underside. Blyth's also seems to have a more broad and yellowish super while this bird seems to have a more thin super which seems to only have a vague...

    Bobolink-like birds in upper Austria

Do you have a guide? If not you can check ebird, inaturalist or even Wikipedia for the birds of Austria. Cannot really think of any birds that fits your description. Edit- Maybe a black redstart, does not really fit your description but does have a pale crown.

Same, just lucky that I had previously posted on the British rarity Weather 2024 thread, got the notification and went to check straight away.

    Norwich, Norfolk, UK

I would disagree, a few weeks back I had a melanistic female common pheasant in a group of common pheasants. Looked extremely similar to op's birds, this bird just seems to have a slightly deformed/damaged bill and face.

    Mystery Cormorant

Juvenile/immatures can have varying amounts of pale on the throat/upper breast section. Edit- Here's a pic of a juvenile: ML533391751 - Double-crested Cormorant - Macaulay Library

    Mystery Cormorant

Do you mind giving your reasonings to why you think it looks odd? To me personally it looks fine for a D.C. Cormorant.
