    I found one case in transition. In Naples port, during a check on vegetable produce. But it does look like it but I can find nothing online for beetles in Italy. Need someone with a bit of local knowledge I think.

    Thanks for the suggestion Harrybongo. I see 5 yellow stripes on the abdomen and only 4 on the Mellinus arvensis. Also, the yellow bar at the base of the thorax looks longer on my photos. Mind you, I haven't found anything else.......
