    A few hours to kill in Madrid.

    I have got a few hours after being dropped off at Madrid Airport , after a tour . Can anyone tell me of any decent birding sites near the airport ? I don't want to go far in case i miss my flight , decent parks ect .

    Same old dilemma , Willow Warbler or Common Chiffchaff ?

    I photographed this Warbler at Warburg nature reserve , Buckinghamshire , in a very dark setting yesterday. No song to help with ID , the legs are dark like Chiffchaff but the coloration and longer primary projection ,pointing to Willow W . Any thoughts or ID most welcome.

    Golden-rod Pug caterpillar?

    Warbler ID help please

    I spotted this little Warbler in my local nature reserve in Hertfordshire UK today.I cannot make up my mind as to what it is .There is no sign of any eye stripe ,but it could just be an out of condition individual .Willow , garden ? .Any help would be much appreciated.
