Semuliki Game Reserve Uganda July 14
If i remember correctly Maxwell's Black Weaver is known from Semliki National Park, not Game Reserve and is very rare. To me this looks like a Grey-headed Nigrita which is a common and widespread bird in Uganda- SJC
